Beautiful and spacious townhouse that suited our needs perfectly. Large and private rooms and fantastic to have 2 bathrooms which was perfect for the 4 is us. Great location too, super quick to get into town and a stone’s throw to all you need on Lygon st. Really glad we found it and would recommend to others who are tempted. ☺️

Such a great, central place to stay. Check in was super easy, given that the hosts provided very clear instructions. House was very neat and tidy. Perfect spot, with lots in a walkable distance.

The location is good and is what you're paying for. The home did not match the luxury listing.The biggest issue was a rodent problem.We had multiple mouse sightings, found mouse droppings, and discovered several mouse poison stations throughout the house, making us uncomfortable using the kitchen and living areas.We were very concerned when the host informed us that a repair person would enter the home for a non-emergency issue unrelated to our stay after we had already left for the day. We never gave permission for anyone to enter during our stay, despite Airbnb's policy requiring guest permission for non-emergency entry. The host didn't tell us until our final day that the repair person had never actually entered, causing days of unnecessary stress.The listing photos were misleading.The living room is much darker than pictured, with a faux window facing a brick wall, and the home showed noticeable wear, including cracks and water damage.We would not stay again or recommend this house
The accommodation is properly stocked and equipped to meet our regular needs. The location is convenient and is close to CBD and daily necessities. The host is quick to respond and promptly address issues raised.
