This is a beautiful apartment, perfect for a couple or a family. It is superbly located - quiet, clean, modern and calm- with a lovely warm feel and plenty of natural light. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Charlotte was an excellent communicator from the start which was reassuring when booking. In fact, everything was so well set up that we didn't need to be in touch at all. When I did reach out towards the end of our stay, she responded promptly and was very helpful. Don't second guess this place- it truely ticks all the boxes. And as a bonus, there is a fantastic French patisserie just downstairs! Thank you Charlotte. We would happily stay here again.

This is truly the perfect Airbnb. The location is ideal—close to shops and restaurants, yet just minutes from the Tan Track and the Botanical Gardens, which are perfect for a run when you’re in Melbourne. What really sets Charlotte’s place apart is the attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. I even tried to think of something that might be missing, but she’s thought of it all! Every item is neatly labelled, bagged, or stored in a way I’ve never experienced in an Airbnb before. The flat itself is spotless, comfortable, and offers a lovely view. If I ever return to Melbourne, I won’t hesitate for a second to rebook this place.
