What a fantastic location!! Everything was close to hand and a nice walk, to all that we needed. If it felt too far away, the tram (which is a true Melbourne experience of its own) is right outside. Loved the fireplace, the whole house was toasty warm despite being the middle of winter and us being from QLD.
This is was a perfect place for our family of five. The location was fantastic with so many place to eat nearby for convenience. You are also within walking distance to the CBD. Everything was clean and tidy, with separate space for parents and kids. We would definitely stay again.

It’s so nice to stay in a very clean place, great comfortable beds, good linen and facilities, the host offered great contact not that we need much other that eating out tips.
The house is very well located within walking distance to South Melbourne Market, restaurants, bars and cafes., and the tram stop is very close. The host is very responsive, flexible and helpful. Excellent check-in experience and communication.
