If you are arriving outside of these store hours, please let us know at least 1 week in advance. We can arrange to transfer your keys to a 24-hour collection location (approximately 5 km from the property). Please note that a service fee will apply.
Please note: there may be occasional construction noise nearby during the day, although it is generally not noticeable from the apartment.

We stayed 2 weeks at tbe Butlers air bnb.. Charlotte was easy to communicate with and her instructions for everything from where to collect keys to everything in the apartment was exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone looking at staying in Fitzroy to stay here it has free parking and is above supermarket so getting groceries was easy. Thank you Charlotte

This Airbnb had everything we needed. The location was just a stone’s throw from Smith Street and only a 7-minute walk to Brunswick Street, where we enjoyed plenty of shopping and dining options. It was also very convenient to get into the city. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, key collection was from a nearby location. A major plus for us was the availability of two parking spaces, as we had two cars during our trip. Overall, it was a great base for exploring Melbourne, and we would happily stay here again.
We had a very comfortable stay at this Fitzroy apartment. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Smith Street with its great cafes, restaurants, and shops, while having an Aldi supermarket conveniently located right downstairs made picking up groceries incredibly easy. We also loved the great deals & shopping all around! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Having a washer and a dryer that worked well was important to us. The host also provided excellent toiletries, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Even the kitchen was designed to be super welcoming & everything was very clean! This was a comfortable, convenient stay in Fitzroy. We’d definitely stay here again
