There is a studio apartment on the property which is also rented out. There is a locked door between the apartment and the main house, and guests access the apartment through the back gate and the external spiral stairs in the garden. The apartment is above the house's living room, but there is extra insulation in the floor, and the walls between the apartment and the house are brick, so we rarely hear talk or TV from the apartment, although we do sometimes here people walking around.

The door between the house and the Studio cannot be unlocked.

We recently upgraded our air conditioning and central heating boiler for quieter more efficient heating and cooling.

We store our personal items in the garage and in the Walk-In-Robe off the master bedroom so you will not have access to those areas. There are also a couple of cupboards that we keep locked for use by the cleaners.

The house have parking permit which allows to park in the street without restriction.

Check-in Details: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Early Check-in: Subject to availability; booking the night before guarantees early access.

Late Check-out: Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability; booking an extra night guarantees later access.

Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM.
