Great location, lots of things to do and close to hospitality, transport, etc
This is a small property with all mods cons near London Tavern. There is one flight of stairs to the first floor apartment, so would not suit someone with mobility problems. We initially had problems finding the property as there are two ends to Richmond terrace. This property is next to London Tavern. There is gated parking adjacent to the property, and you are supplied a remote to open and close the large gate. We had a problem with power circuit breaker being tripped by a faulty toaster. Took a little while to find the circuit breaker and sort that out. We were able to replace the faulty toaster. There is a key lock on the door to apartment which does not quite match the description given in the instructions. also there are now 4 lock boxes on the fence at the front. The BnB butler were always very helpful and responsive. It would have been difficult without their excellent support
This property was perfect for my purposes at this time and had all the modern clean appliances I required plus comfortable beds.Thank you

PLEASE USE THE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING so as to not set off the smoke alarm. If the smoke alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily (approx. $1,500).
