Fantastic location in South Yarra, very close walking distance to Toorak Rd, shops and restaurants and railway station. The property was spotless, very comfortable and best of all had a great central heater that warmed the place up very quickly (it was fairly cool in Melbourne at night).Impressive communication with Charlotte who was very responsive and helpful.Check in very easy and private parking fir those with a carFamily friendly, we had a great time.Highly recommended.
An outstanding stay from beginning to end. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. Just a three-minute walk away is a lively street filled with wonderful restaurants and cafés, making dining incredibly convenient. Our family of five stayed here for an entire week and felt genuinely at home. It was a comfortable and welcoming place to return to after spending the day exploring Melbourne. We were also very grateful to the host for allowing us a late checkout—a thoughtful gesture that made our departure day much easier. This is the kind of Airbnb that makes a trip even more enjoyable. One of the overall, best Melbourne stays we’ve had Positive: Location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. Double , covered parking was a bonus. Station five minutes walk away for city trains. ( 15 mins trip in total) Lots of food options close by, restaurants or supermarkets when using the very well appointed kitchen. Accomodation had plenty of space, well maintained and generally quiet.Response to a couple of initial queries via messages was prompted and helpful despite being a Saturday evening. Probably the best overall experience from many years of staying in Melbourne Negative: Very minor, heating control escaped us for a while. ( situated upstairs ) and front gate only partially scraped open !!!

Charlotte was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The check-in instructions for the private compound were clear and seamless. She also graciously accommodated our late checkout because of our late flight, which made our departure much less stressful. The home was exceptionally comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We genuinely felt like locals living in Melbourne. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully provided. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.
