Late Check-out: Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability; booking an extra night guarantees later access.
Parties and events are not permitted. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM.

The place is clean and comfortable, the living experience there is good and I like it.
The property itself is lovely and the location is fantastic. I booked two days before arriving as my father was in ICU at The Alfred. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom property sleeping 4, but after booking I was advised I would need to pay $150 to have the sofa bed made up I opted to make it up myself, but was then told I needed to pay $35 for a sheet and blanket. We had to use pillows from the main bed. I did request to cancel, but as it was a last-minute booking I would have incurred a cancellation fee. I disputed this $35 charge at the end of my stay and thankfully was not required to pay it. My concern is that while the listing does mention the sofa bed, the $150 charge is not clear, nor is the additional $35 charge for basic linen to make up a bed that is advertised as part of the accommodation. I feel these additional costs should be made much clearer when advertising the property. Please include these charges in your listing. I would not have booked had I known
Fantastic location, everything was spotless and exactly as described. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the best past of prahran, away from noise, and super convenient. Situated around the corner from an amazing mezcaleria (if you love a margaritas, and two of my favourite restaurants. Also the best coffee shop I’ve been to in a very long time called URKU. Very comfy bed, warm in the winter and had everything I could need for the perfect stay. So much space for a one bedroom apartment. Loved it!!!
