We had a great stay in Richmond. The place felt very safe and the neighborhood was extremely walkable, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The layout worked especially well for our group because there were two separate living/sleeping areas, which gave everyone their own space. I was traveling with my husband and my adult parents, and the setup made the stay comfortable for all of us. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great spot for a small group or family.

This house is safe and clean, well organized, and conveniently close to the city, with a tram stop nearby. Our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. However, during our stay of about 10 days, there was no cleaning service and the towels were not replaced. This is an area that could be improved for longer stays.
Second time staying here and very good again. Great location; secure and comfortable. Will use again when we are back in Melbourne!!

Please no parties! Smoking on the balconies and roof garden with the door closed. Security deposits will not be used unless extra cleaning fees are required, keys are lost/you are locked out, security patrol has to attend, or damages to the property occur.
