Check-out time is 10:00 am. If you would like a little extra time before departure, please let us know in advance and we’ll assist where possible. To guarantee a later check-out, booking an additional night is recommended.

As the property is located in a residential neighbourhood, guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 pm.

We had an amazing stay! Everything went very smoothly with check in and when we walked in we felt right at home, the place was warm and inviting! Lots of great eateries and shops just around the corner and short walk to the station. We will stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent three level property that is hidden away on a quiet street but a short walk to the middle of Seddon. Comfortably fits two families and small children. Highly recommend.
An overall 11/10 stay. The home is incredible. Spacious, thoughtfully decorated and very well appointed with a great range of kitchen amenities, including Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and some very handy snacks and food items! The location is great - free street parking, easy walk to Cafes and Restaurants in Seddon, but out of the way on a quiet street with very little traffic. One bedroom with unsuited has a separate entry and is accessed from the main house theough the courtyard. This was perfect for my teenager who loved having her own space. The entire home was clean, smelt nice and had air-conditioning and under floor heating available. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the most beautiful design and decor. Instructions for our stay were so clear and well communicated. Location was absolutely superb and peaceful. Parking was so easy and always available. Comfortable home with the right amount of space. Would love to return again.
