Keys are collected from a secure location just a short 400m walk from the apartment. Collection hours are: Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 11:00 pm Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
If you’re arriving outside these hours, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible (an after-hours fee applies).
Guests have full, private access to the entire home.

The location of this place is 10/10. The coffee shop and restaurant downstairs are great. Grocery story literally around the corner. Tram stops within 3 min walk. Parking garage great. View 15/10 the skyline view you get. Walkable to the MCG. Comfortable beds. Very nice apartment. Recommend 10/10.
Very nice apartment, clean, modern and peaceful. Great views of the skyline. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Melbourne. The museums, galleries and CBD are all within walking distance and plenty of public transportation options 1 block away.
This is such a beautiful apartment. Fantastic amenities, priceless view of the city and hot air balloons! Great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the 2 weeks we were in Melbourne. Thanks so much for having us.
This Airbnb place that we stayed at is really spotless, clean and looks new. Our family felt at home immediately when we entered. Charlotte is always friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions and answered very promptly even when is after office hours. You will have gorgeous view of the city and we can even catch the sunrise and saw hot air balloons flying by. We will definitely stay with BnB butler properties in future.

Charlotte was very responsive and the place is amazing with great views and easy to walk everywhere. We didn’t need the car space but for those needing a car I’m sure would accommodate just fine. Clean and comfortable apartment and felt exclusive being on the top floor. Highly recommended and hopefully get to stay here again! Cheers
We just spent 9 nights in this amazing flat! Check in and check out were simple with the supplied instructions. It was nice having a secured parking spot, and is very close to public transportation as well. There are a few small stores within walking distance for groceries. The flat was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishware. The views were amazing!!!!!! We would definitely stay here again.
