We've stayed here a few times and it never disappoints - it's light, clean, and has modern, cheerful decor with a wonderful location right across from the St Kilda botanical gardens. A quick walk and you are in Acland St, amongst the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Looking forward to returning!
The accommodation itself was lovely and I enjoyed my stay, but unfortunately the linen arrangements did affect my experience. I stayed for 18 nights and was provided with just one set of bed linen. With no dryer or outside space to dry washing, there wasn’t really a practical way to dry the sheets during my stay. I needed to change them on day 7 and 14, and when I asked about additional linen, I was advised it would cost $184 AUD for one additional set of linen. There was a 2nd, smaller bedroom that wasn’t being used, but using the linen from that bed wasn’t really a practical option. Given the length of my stay, I ended up taking the linen to the local laundromat which was an added inconvenience, but I felt the additional linen charge was excessive. In my experience, other Airbnb hosts have provided spare linen for longer stays, so given we paid over $3,300 AUD for 18 nights, I would have expected there to be a reasonable option for changing the bed linen during the stay.
The interior design is so cool and looks better than the photos! Everything was spotless, well organised and beautifully presented. Such a great location right across from the botanical gardens and an easy walk to colourful, vibrant St Kilda. Highly recommended!
Great suburban apartment super bright and clean. Up a few flights of stairs which didn’t bother us but may be an issue for some. Only issue is the parking spot included is super tight and very difficult to get into but the street parking is pretty plentiful and free all day. Overall a really nice apartment to stay.
The apartment was newly and tastefully renovated with all the comforts and practical finishes yet uncluttered and spotlessly clean. We also liked the location near the park and leafy cosy street of st Kilda. Charlotte was a very responsive and helpful host. It was a perfect pad for our family for a long weekend in Melbourne. Highly recommended

A funky, clean and light-filled space within easy walking distance to St Kilda or access to the CBD via public transport. Highly recommend this gorgeous property and would not hesitate to stay again. Note that it is an older style apartment on the third floor without lift access.
This is such a stylish apartment in a great neighbourhood location. We stepped inside and immediately felt at home. The large upstairs windows overlook the St Kilda Botanical Gardens. It’s stunning. We sat out on the balcony with a glass of wine and watched the world go by. The Dickens Street Grocer was a short walk each morning for coffee. The tram stop was also nearby and it was easy to get into the city. This really was the perfect apartment in the perfect location and I highly recommend staying here.
Lovely apartment everything you could wish for. In a super location. Right across from the botanical Gardens so close to Elwood Village beautiful restaurants wine bars. Beach is only five minutes away would highly recommend.
