Great suburban apartment super bright and clean. Up a few flights of stairs which didn’t bother us but may be an issue for some. Only issue is the parking spot included is super tight and very difficult to get into but the street parking is pretty plentiful and free all day. Overall a really nice apartment to stay.
The apartment was newly and tastefully renovated with all the comforts and practical finishes yet uncluttered and spotlessly clean. We also liked the location near the park and leafy cosy street of st Kilda. Charlotte was a very responsive and helpful host. It was a perfect pad for our family for a long weekend in Melbourne. Highly recommended

A funky, clean and light-filled space within easy walking distance to St Kilda or access to the CBD via public transport. Highly recommend this gorgeous property and would not hesitate to stay again. Note that it is an older style apartment on the third floor without lift access.
This is such a stylish apartment in a great neighbourhood location. We stepped inside and immediately felt at home. The large upstairs windows overlook the St Kilda Botanical Gardens. It’s stunning. We sat out on the balcony with a glass of wine and watched the world go by. The Dickens Street Grocer was a short walk each morning for coffee. The tram stop was also nearby and it was easy to get into the city. This really was the perfect apartment in the perfect location and I highly recommend staying here.
Lovely apartment everything you could wish for. In a super location. Right across from the botanical Gardens so close to Elwood Village beautiful restaurants wine bars. Beach is only five minutes away would highly recommend.
The perfect base for a family meet-up downunder. The apartment is roomy, light & bright, situated opposite the peaceful St Kilda Botanical Gardens, and well-served by multiple tram lines (16, 67, 96). Charlotte let me check in a couple of hours early as my flight arrived a few hours before the rest of my family, and communication with her was always prompt and friendly. The directions and entry instructions for the key safe and door code were really clear and easy to follow, even after over 24 hours on a plane! We stayed for 2 weeks, so having a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine was a key feature of this property. We ate out at Our Lady of St Kilda - great food! Coles and Woolies are both nearby on Acland Street. We took the tram into the city during our first week, and had a car for the second week to go further afield (Philip Island, Mornington Peninsula) - as noted by previous guests, the car park space isn’t useable, but parking on the streets nearby was never an issue
The apartment is beautiful & very thoughtfully appointed. the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. It has clever use of space, is squeaky clean & communication is quick & accurate. The location is a stones throw from whatever you might need, coffee, beach, shops & of course the gardens directly opposite. It is quiet at night, both bedrooms have great block out blinds. the shower is big, the water pressure is good. The balcony is small but a comfortable setting for two people. We loved it.
